Description

Botanical name: Allium tuberosum

You will receive a chives garlic herb seedling in an eco-bag.

Soil: Plant in rich, moisture retentive soil

Chives garlic flavour is midway of a garlic and onion. It is used as an ornamental plant, including cut and dried flowers, culinary herbs, and traditional medicine. Also, blossoms are fabulously attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators, and both make pretty and pungent garnishes in salads.

* Growing Instructions: Planted all year round, remove seedling from the eco-bag. Place in a shallow pot fill it with rich organic soil. Or, dig a shallow hole outside in a lightly-shaded spot, allowing 25cm between plants. Pick leaves once they reach about 8cm tall.

* Pick frequently
* Organically grown in Kiambu, Kenya
